The centrality of the partnership is a tool and a resource of the Equal projects.
The triennial working plan is prepared and carried on through a steady contact and partners animation and with the support of the network subjects.
Responsibility and specific tasks are identified with the Political Steering Committee, the Technical Scientific Committee, central and local work and coordination groups.
The activities include the management and animation of the partnership bodies through a network constant involvement and the creation of a dedicated web site with intranet function to share the managing procedures by producing and spreading common forms.
Among the main activities of animation and coordination there are: the active involvement of Job Centres network, refresher courses for tutors and other professional figures for the accompaniment to work of beneficiaries, the Distance Learning for workers, the updating of work, training, education and social systems about European and national laws and themes on matters of labour policies, aimed at the Local Administrations and Municipalities staff and listening and information networks points about flexibility, safety and rights at work.
