This activity requires the definition of custom-made training models functional to male and female workers empowerment. Such models will be carried out in the single local realities in the sectors/divisions identified among those which need more competitiveness.
For a higher effectiveness, the project defines the models to update managers and operators of labour, training, education and social integrated systems, firstly aimed at promoting innovation and competitiveness.
Project specificities are: an experimentation of guidance to domotic technologies, the support of disabled, the mediation for migrants, the positive measures of life balance for female workers.
The training activity provides for the animation of labour market involved sectors, sectorial training plans elaboration, individual learning account activation, the identification and application of pilot actions for female workers, the support and accompaniment of disadvantaged workers, the counselling - information and advice - for atypical workers and for illegal job emerging, the experimental training in home automation sector. In these actions all the partners will be involved, with the support of the network partners. Among the products expected to be realize there are the sectorial training plans and the handbook of the standard procedures.
