project   partners   references   call for proposals   monitoring and evaluation Monitoring and evaluation go across the whole project and are divided into various activities: identification of the quantitative and qualitative indicators of process and result a three levels monitoring: procedure, action and financial analysis of project outcomes at a horizontal, vertical and gender level involvement of transnational partners and of partnership bodies in the evaluation of the experiences and practices realized as far as their transferability and application to other contexts are concerned. As far as the activities are concerned, monitoring cards will be used during and after their realization as well as paper and multimedia monitoring and evaluation questionnaires, reports and best practices handbooks.
